These Terms govern your use of harlemdrinks.com and the HarlemDrinks prelaunch waitlist. By submitting the form, you agree to these Terms. This site does not sell alcohol or accept orders yet.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to join this waitlist and to purchase alcohol when HarlemDrinks launches. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Waitlist, not an order

Joining the list does not reserve product, create a delivery zone, or guarantee a launch date or service address. We may change neighborhoods, timing, and offers as we learn from demand.

3. Emails

If you consent, we may email launch updates and occasional marketing. Frequency varies. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the site for unlawful purposes, or interfere with the site or other users.

5. Intellectual property

The site, branding, and content are owned by HarlemDrinks or its licensors. The frozen-drink product line is related to BronxDrinks; this waitlist is a separate neighborhood brand.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by U.S. federal law.
